Feliceo is a website template. There is no practice, no service and nothing to agree to. This page exists so that the footer link resolves rather than 404ing.
What the real version needs to cover
Who operates the site and how to contact them. What the site is for, and an explicit statement that its content is general information rather than medical advice. Appointment, cancellation and late-arrival terms, including any charge and the notice period. Fees, quotations and how they are confirmed. Complaints procedure and the relevant ombudsman or regulator. Limitation of liability, drafted to sit within what consumer law actually permits.
For a regulated healthcare provider, professional-body rules may also dictate what can and cannot be claimed on the site itself. That constrains marketing copy, not just this page.
Booking forms in this template do not work
Every form here is inert and says so on submit. Before launch each one needs a destination, a retention decision for the data it collects, and a privacy notice that mentions it. An appointment form that silently discards a patient's request is worse than no form.
